Shipping policy

Green Mart uses Australia Post, Sendle and TNT Express for all deliveries within Australia. 

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sydney - NSW).

Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

For orders placed during an online sale, please allow 5 -7 business days for your order to be dispatched (we work really hard we promise, we just get inundated).

Express Shipping

Orders made via Express Post should arrive in 1 - 3 business days.

Notes

Delivery times - The times listed above are only estimations; Green Mart are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume periods.

Delivery issues - Please note once the parcel has left Green Mart, it is not our responsibility. Green Mart are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. However we will do everything we can to follow up should there be issues. If your order is Return To Sender for any reason, a new shipping fee will be charged.

Custom and duty charges - Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.

Note that goods are only secured for shipment once full payment has been received. Placing an order does not guarantee that items are reserved for you. Additionally, in certain cases where an item is out of stock, we may provide a similar product that is available as a replacement. This ensures that we can fulfill your order promptly without delay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
